| Lady Captain, Tracie Evans, writes: What a wonderful day, complete with Mr Starter in a pink wig. I would like to thank all the 33 ladies who played and made the day a lot of fun. First prize went to Nikki Cash Second Julie England Third Lucy Evans Fourth Beulah Robins Fifth Nicola Stanley Nearest the pin was won by Nikki Cash and Lucy Evans hit the longest drive. Tracy Billingham won the 9-hole competition. Afternoon tea was attended by 49 members with all the ladies wearing something pink. They completed their outfits with a fine array of hats and fascinators. Winner of the best hat was Mary Smith. Thank you to everyone who sent cards and donations. An incredible £470 was raised for the West Midlands Air Ambulance. |
