This year's Club Championship was much anticipated and it did not disappoint. Great golf was in evidence and considerable competitiveness was seen. The 18 hole competition for the best nett was won by Chris Innes with 67, closely followed by Ben Robinson on 69.
After the first round of the gross competition Harry Innes was 1 stroke ahead of father Paul and Ben Woodall. The final round saw some brilliant scoring most notably from Dave Waldron with a splendid 72. His total for two round of 153 was equalled by Paul Innes. A playoff ensued with Paul emerging the winner a the 3rd extra hole.

1st: Paul Innes........ 76 + 77 = 153
2nd: Dave Waldron... 81 + 72 = 153
3rd: Ben Woodall..... 76 + 80 = 156

Paul wins after a 3 hole playoff.

3rd: Nigel Middleton.. 69
