Message from your Captain

Captains week was once again very successful this year.
The weather was very kind to us which reflected on some of the quality golf and unbelievable scores.

My thanks go out to all members who took part throughout the week. A special mention to Harry Innes who won Captains day with 43 points, of a handicap of 4, consisting of eight birdies, an amazing score! well played Harry!
Also worth a mention is his younger brother George Innes, who came second with 41 points, well played George!

The success of Captains week would not have been possible without the people behind the scenes Alys and Lesley and their staff who serve us the food and drinks. The Greens Team led by our newish HGK Wayne gave us a fabulous course of the highest quality, and lastly, a Management and administration team who have covered for me throughout my illness.

May I take this opportunity to thank all of you for your messages of support and encouragement you have given me over the past few months.
