The last Ladies Open of the season saw a full field of 51 players from 12 different clubs.  It was a particular pleasure to welcome a team all the way from Mile End Golf Club, Oswestry.

The winners with a brilliant 75 points were Jayne Wilkinson, Julie Kelly and Val Sherman, all from Churchill & Blakedown.  They were closely followed by Churchill and Blakedown members Jeanette Lambert and Annette Johnson who teamed with Wharton Park member Sarah Jordan to score an  excellent 73 points.

A sparkling day was had by all and everyone was very complimentary on the magnificent presentation of the course.
